PrimeBlade™ 300 series is PrimeBlade’s basic, but widely used, carbon steel doctor blade. The base steel material is made from genuine high-quality Swedish steel with an increased amount of carbides/µm² in the steel microstructure, compared to cheap and low quality carbon steel. As a result, PrimeBlade™ 300 series improves production quality, blade life and allows for faster press speeds.
